Tour de France Alpine Stages

Some clever bod has created a 3D fly over of the Alpine stages for TdF 2011. Follow this link

It is a fascinating use of technology and although the rods are all ‘on the huh’ it is pretty impressive.

Makes note for diary…. don’t try a GT just yet, at least not until you have lost 4 stone! Now I know why the bigger riders and the sprinters sort of fall off the back during these stages!
